How may VisionAiry Arts designs be used?
The designs you have purchased may be stitched on articles for personal use or profit. The design files, however, may not be copied and sold or otherwise distributed without written permission from VisionAiry Arts, whether in their original form or altered in any way.How are collections delivered to me?
Collections are sent to you via the e-mail address you entered on the order form. They come in .ZIP format, and contain a text file that has the color stitch order of the individual designs.When can I expect my files to be delivered?
Orders are normally processed and on their way to you in less than 24 hours. Occasionally, due to events beyond our control, such as servers being down, etc., it may take longer. If you have not received your files at the end of 36 hours, please email us so we can investigate. Your credit card is not charged until the files are emailed.Why are some of the collections not available in Janome’s SEW format?
A few collections contain designs that are too large to fit the Janome hoop size. When resized, they did not stitch out well. Rather than compromise on the quality of our designs, we elected not to offer them in SEW format.. What are the software requirements to use VisionAiry Arts designs?
Since the designs come to you as files only, you’ll need some kind of software to get the designs to your embroidery machine if it takes the files directly, or software that will write to a card for you to insert into your machine. Each embroidery machine requires different software programs, so check with your local sewing machine dealer if you're not sure if you already have the required program. |
